It is time!
Photography has been a major part of my life for the last couple of years. After quitting my job to stay home and care for my two girls (and to work on my MBA), I have delved deeper into photography more than ever before. I have learned to use my gear to it’s maximum potential and how to work within its limitations. I also grew a love for film photography that I only wish started many years before. I develop my B&W film at home, a process that is rewarding and relaxing at the same time. I have learned to work with film (and digital) to the point that I feel confident to begin offering my skills.
I am now in the final stages of setting up my business. In a few days (hopefully) I will start with a soft launch. I want to get my feet wet with the process and to build my portfolio.
As any small-business owner, I only hope to succeed, and, at the very least, learn from this experience. I also look forward to burning through some film; I will now have a many more reasons to shoot film!
